Well, Bessie is here to bring back all those childhood memories, AND instill new memories and love in our children's lives! 


She is a gorgeous, solid wooden rocking Cow that has so much beauty as well as ability to entertain kids for several generations. Everything on the Cow is handmade from the runners to the ears and horns to the custom paint job! 


This Rocking Cow is really a unique rocking animal to replace the traditional Rocking horse.


CONSTRUCTION:

  • 5 separate pieces of wood make up the smiling Cow's head, and 5 pieces of wood make up the inner/outer bodies and legs. 
  • The Hooves are separate pieces as well to add definition, and they are anchored to the rockers with screws for storage or space saving practices. 
  • The horns and ears were made from multiple pieces of wood cut and sanded to shape. 
  • She has a smile that goes through all 5 pieces of wood, nostrils that you would see on a Cow, and big Brown Eyes! She is just happy to be seen! 
  • I've extended her hip and shoulder bones just like a cow, and I've added utters that looks just like a milk Cow! 
  • She has a braided Macrame Tail, poofy front hair in between her ears, a solid built in seat for the child, and a copper bell!!!! How cool is that? 
  • The Rockers are made from 1 solid piece of wood and cut with anti-tip fronts and backs for the child's safety. 
  • They were stained a nice Walnut to add a rustic feel to the Cow's rockers.
