Having been an avid CrossFit member for awhile now, I know how important a solid box is for many workouts! This is the RX STANDARD PLYO box that Inked Woodworking offers, and it is PERFECT for the RX, or inspiring RX Athlete ready to tackle those 24" or 30" box jumps!!!

CONSTRUCTION:
- The Box is constructed from solid, sanded 3/4" plywood
- Waterproof adhesive is applied to each joint, and exterior screws are used every 2 inches
- Inked Woodworking puts our own twist by countersinking each hole so that the screw head is below the surface. This will keep from catching your shoes
- An internal frame is built to make this the sturdiest box available
- Each edge has been rounded over and sanded for a clean finish.
- Finally, 2 large handles with routed/sanded edges make picking the box up and moving it around a cinch
